Email Access
Email is the Official Communications Method. Your FSU email is the official method for the University to communicate with you regarding important issues including student billing, campus emergencies, news, and events.
Frostburg State University email is provided by Microsoft's Office 365.

Getting an Email Account and Logging in
All employees and students are given email access when they are set up with an FSU network account. Log in to your email with your FSU username and password. (If needed, use the Password and Account Management tools to find your username or reset your password.)
Accessing Your Email
You can access your email from the Web or from a desktop or laptop email client program or from a mobile device. Instructions for each method are below.

You can access your email from a web browser. Email Login
When prompted on the login screen, enter your FSU username and password. Then click Ok.
The first time you log in to OWA, you will need to set your preferred display language and home time zone for your account. Be sure to Save your selections.
Setting Up Email on a Computer or Laptop, or on a Mobile Device
Office 365 works with desktop email clients MS Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA), and Apple Mail. Also Office 365 email works with Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows Phone, and other mobile devices. See instructions below.
